UNDERTAKING BY THIRD PARTY
  • I confirm that I am not a party to the Loan Agreement.
  • I am voluntarily making payment towards the borrower's loan account with the borrower's full knowledge and consent, including OTP/payment authorisation shared by the borrower.
  • The payment made by me shall be treated as valid repayment of the borrower's loan dues.
  • I shall have no right, claim, or refund against RUPTOK CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED in respect of such payment..
  • RUPTOK CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any dispute between me and the borrower.
  • This undertaking is given voluntarily and with full understanding.
